The unique system cleans in a single-pass by combining
brush-action agitation with dry-steam cleaning and vacuumated extraction. It is suitable for cleaning and sterilising most installations, including solid, modular and wire belts. It works on the conveyor structure and has the fl exibility to operate using either a fi xed or portable steam boiler and vacuum extraction unit. Cleaning can take place over product changeo-
ver, downtime periods, or by locating the units beneat the belt, during in line production.
There are four models available:
SteamBrush 300 for cleaning widths up to 300mm
SteamBrush 600 for cleaning widths between 300 and 600mm
SteamBrush 900 for cleaning widths between 600 and 900mm
SteamBrush 1200 for cleaning widths between 900 and 1200mm
